Which Type of Training Is Right For You?
Body Quest is a 12-week program that provides individual personal training and consultations with a registered dietitian, life coach and exercise physiologist. It is available at both of our facilities. Click here for details.
Individual Training is ideal if you prefer one-on-one attention. It is available in hourly and half-hour increments at both of our facilities.
Burn Zone is a small-group training program at Memorial Hospital West Fitness Center. It is available in hourly increments. Groups consist of four to eight people.
