What Happens in Pure Relaxation and Gentle Yoga?
The class begins with breathing exercises to help focus the mind and center the body. Tight muscles are lengthened gradually as the class moves through sitting/standing postures, practicing meditation in motion. The class ends with everyone in a reclined resting position. As the body softens, the mind settles.

Soft lights, peaceful music and guided imagery help create a restorative healing environment.
