We have an array of classes to choose from, including beginner and advanced levels and our soothing Pure Relaxation and Gentle Yoga class. There are even "hybrid" classes such as Pi-Yo and Yoga/Core, which combine aspects of yoga with aspects of Pilates for a workout session that gives you the best of both worlds.
