Maximal Oxygen Consumption (VO2 max) Test

This noninvasive exercise performance test evaluates the capabilities and limitations of both the aerobic and anaerobic energy systems used in an athlete's sport. Identify your limiting energy system and receive training tips and sport-specific comparisons with this test.

Lactate Threshold Testing

This minimally invasive exercise performance test evaluates the capabilities and limitations of the anaerobic energy system for the purpose of determining personalized heart rate training zones. Training tips for improving the limiting energy systems are provided.

VO2 Max and Lactate Test Combined

These two tests provide a more complete gauge on your body's energy system capabilities and limitations. We determine the more limiting energy system and give you training tips on how to improve your performance.

Resting Metabolic Rate (RMR) Test

This noninvasive test looks for metabolic insufficiencies. Receive personalized, goal-oriented caloric recommendations in a one-hour consultation with our registered dietitian.

Functional Strength/Flexibility Analysis

Assesses your body's strength, flexibility and range of motion (ROM) and provide training tips on ways to balance and/or address any weaknesses. We suggest this assessment for all people, but especially athletes, for the sake of enhanced performance and the resolution of minor injuries caused by intense, one-dimensional sports.

Sports Nutrition

In a one-hour consultation, get a nutritional regimen designed to maximize your athletic performance.

Sport-Specific Exercise Prescriptions

Any testing done in our facility includes a sport-specific exercise prescription for training your energy systems and enhancing your strength and/or flexibility. We are here to help you reach your peak performance level and prevent injury.

Body Composition Analysis

Body composition (the percentage of lean muscle mass and body fat) is a key factor in determining optimal performance, sports nutrition and weight management.
